  • Negotiation of commercial and technical contracts on an international basis and has frequently negotiated and implemented service level agreements across multiple national boundaries. He has been required to travel to all parts of the globe (Australia, Brazil, USA, Middle East, Far East and Europe) on many occasions, getting involved with clients and suppliers from board level downwards

  • International and intercontinental logistics have had to be dealt with (including import/export requirements, etc.) for the movement of literally tons of state-of-the-art electronics across national boundaries

Project and Programme Management

  • Compliance with the various standards that might apply in differing environments including Quality Standards, Industry Compliance, Defence Standards and Regulatory Board Compliance
  • Implementation of appropriate standards such as PRINCE/PRINCE 2, MSP and Smart Acquisition using the Gateway Review Process. He has written and given courses in PRINCE for clients such as Mercury Communications and News Digital Systems and is used to providing presentations for his clients, targeting all levels from board to shop-floor.
